Setup up Podcast for Android and iTunes in 10 steps

1. Login Into CastBox using Google account or FB or others (its free and its great)
    link: https://castbox.fm/creator/episodes?country=us

2. In CastBox, under Media manager>channel click create New Channel
    

3. Add a Channel Cover Graphic (Must be 1500px X 1500px this is a must for iTunes)

4. Add the remaining fields and Click Finish

5. Under Episode click the Upload Icon and upload the MP3 file.

6. You would the details of the Episode and Picture and which channel which this episode need to be added to.

Hurrah !! your up and running. Praise the Lord.

Automating your Podcast to iTunes

7. From your castbox account . Click on Edit button on your Channel from Channels list.

8. Copy the RSS link(it would end with .xml)

9. goto iTunes Podcast at https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/my-podcasts

    If you do not have apple account, create one its free and repeat step3

10. Click on the + plus icon and add the RSS Link from step8

11. Click Validate and make sure no errors are. If you get fix it step 3 or 4

12. Click Submit, This would require 24-48 Hours for Approval.

Praise the Lord! You must be Up and Running after Approval.

Note: 

Each time you upload on castbox (episode) this would automatically update to iTunes (every 24hours it would autorefresh)

If you need immediate reflection on iTunes under ur channel you have option for manual refresh.
